Kasia Devraj is the founder of COLLAGEM and Beauty Boosters Ltd. with a Masters Degree in Finance & Banking further supported by a Masters in Marketing and Company Management in European Union Market.
It was in her early twenties, Kasia first developed an interest in living a healthy lifestyle supported by supplements and leading an active lifestyle.
In time, she furthered her interest in supplements to postpone ageing by extensively researching and testing collagen supplements, yet not genuinely happy and satisfied with any of the anti-ageing options on the market, she focused her mission to create a truly high-quality supplement with anti-ageing properties.
This newly developed expertise led Kasia in creating Beauty Boosters Ltd. She teamed up with scientists to develop COLLAGEM – a super food supplement that they believe helps to postpone the ageing process.
What is your morning routine?
I usually wake up around 7am. I get myself warm water with lemon juice to drink and after matcha tea with hazelnut milk. Then quick shower followed by cold rinse (if it is not too cold outside).
I put 50SPF from Kiehl on my face and bare minerals products, which I love.
My daughter wakes up sometime during that time, so I make her breakfast and get her ready for school.
I have a smoothie with Collagem when I work out in the gym in the morning, when I don’t, I have gluten-free oatmeal with berries or eggs and avocado.
After the workout, which gets me alive and full of energy, I start work.
What is your typical working day?
I usually start working after my work out. In the morning I usually work from the restaurant in the gym, as I don’t really have to go to the office. The benefit of my work is that as I can work from basically anywhere as long I have access to internet and phone. Afternoons I either have meetings or calls — depending from the day.
What tends to be the highlight of your day?
Always time with my daughter. Morning we don’t have much time together, so time after her school is precious. We play, go to the park, dance, have dinner together, just enjoy doing things together. It is great.
What do you have for lunch?
That depends from the weather, as during winter I always eat warm lunch, when during warmer weather I eat lots of salads and cold dishes.
In the autumn and winter I eat fish or meat with sweet potato or grains and vegetables or gluten free pasta with veggies.
Summer is usually salads with protein (meat, fish, cheese, tofu).
How do you spend your evenings?
I have early dinner with my daughter and put her to bed. Afterwards I either go out for dinner or drinks with my friends or if I stay home, I do some work, read books, take a bath and make the plan for the next day.
What is your nightly routine?
I usually go to bed around midnight or 1am.
I take a shower or bath in the evening and wash my face with Skin Ceuticals Blemish-Age cleanser. Afterwards I put Retamax by Zo Skin Health on my face and neck (retinol) or a night cream.
I take magnesium supplements before sleep and I usually drink turmeric or turmeric/ginger infusion.Sometimes I do a short mediation.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I generally try to avoid sugar in my diet but sometimes I like ice-cream, sorbet or chocolate.
