How do I subscribe?
Simply click the ‘start my free trial’ button on the homepage or click ‘treat yourself’ in the footer and follow the instructions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Head to My Account and you’ll find the option to cancel. Please note that we cannot accept emails requesting cancellations. Subscription cancellations must be done via the My Account section of the website.
You must allow 24 hours for the cancellation process to be completed. Therefore, you must cancel ahead of the next payment day.
How do I access my member discounts?
You’ll find these on your homepage when you are logged in…but hurry, they change every month!
My access code for member discounts isn’t working
The codes are usually case sensitive so please check the letter case. If it still isn’t working and you are sure that the discount hasn’t expired, it is likely to be a problem with the brand, therefore, please contact them to resolve the issue.
I forgot to cancel my subscription or my free trial, am I entitled to a refund?
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription and trial via the cancellation process on site. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds if you forget to cancel.
I have chosen to pay my annual membership in installments
By choosing to spread the payment of my annual membership over four payments per year, I understand and accept that I am obligated to pay the full year’s membership fee in total for every year I renew (renewal date is the date my membership starts.)
